  • Our preserved flower artwork, candles, and other products are handcrafted and custom-made. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
  • Customizations, including names, dates, and other personalizations, must be provided accurately at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Any misuse of our products or failure to follow care instructions voids any warranties or guarantees.

5. Payments and Billing

  • All prices listed on our website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through our selected payment gateways. For local bank and eWallet payment methods, please select Billplz. For manual bank transfers, please select Bank Deposit.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
