• Ready-Made Products: Orders for ready-made products will be shipped promptly, usually within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase.

• Custom-Made Products: For custom-made items, our production team typically requires 1-2 days to complete your order, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 days from the date of purchase. For updates on the production status, please contact our staff for more information.

• Preordered Products: Products that are preordered will be shipped on the specified date mentioned in the product description.

• Shipping Areas: We currently ship to Klang Valley and West Malaysia only. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to East Malaysia at this time.
